In the strongest possible terms, I'd discourage anyone from subscribing. This may have started with good intentions but has serious technical problems and no meaningful customer service or support.

beth kushner: I disagree. I have had good response to my questions and suggestions and have accepted that a new app will have some bugs that need to be worked out. So far I am very satisfied with the detail presented in the library with research and evaluation of pertinent scientific trials done by a group review. It is an immense task that is overwhelming for one person to accomplish!

beth kushner: Beth having used the blog more extensively, I have to say I now agree with you. The usefulness of the blog is the ability to review the original research on the library… which is not user friendly and after trying to get the blog designer’s to fix the problem has been unsuccessful. The library is almost non functional for things such as a review of “plasma exchange” or “supplements”
I am approaching the point of no longer using the blog or recommending it to family, friends, or former patients.

beth kushner: Yep. Just deleted my account. This appears to me to be a Beta version & don't care if they want to give it to me free for a year. I find no value in it. Shouldn't have rolled it out until it was useful for more than 128 lessons
