Before I take my vitamins at the start of the day, my meds counter does not register as completed, but when I click on the button to access the screen for checking my vit is a off, I see that the individual vitamins are already checked off. To undo this, I have to manually uncheck them once if not multiple times. Only then can I check them off and have this action item appear as done on my Home Screen.
